1995 TOYOTA Hiace Hi-Roof 4wd Camper Van

This HiAce camper is built on the LH129 chassis, with Toyota’s 3L model 2.8 liter diesel engine, and automatic transmission with high/low range true 4wd. It clocks a very low 95,000 original miles, which is really only getting started for Toyota's 3L, known to exceed 500,000 miles before a rebuild is required.

This Hiace is the longest of its generation, and was converted into a camper in Japan in 1995.

Upgrades to the camper include:

• new faucet
• new water pump
• new water line
• new 200ah camper battery
• LED cabin lights

The camper build has a cozy feel. As shown in the photos, the camper sleeps 4, with the lower seats converting into a bed, and the upper bunk for 2, which swings up and out of the way with a purpose-built mechanism.

Much love went into making this van 'road-trip-ready'. Consistent with all the vans we sell, it has received a full timing belt job, maintenance update, and many other mechanical repairs and upgrades:

• timing belt
• cam & crankshaft oil seals
• idler & tensioner pulleys
