This HiAce has the 1KZ 3.0 liter turbo diesel engine, with automatic transmission, and full time 4wd. It clocks a low 76,000 original miles, which is really only getting started for Toyota's 1KZ model diesel engine, know to exceed 500,000 miles before a rebuild is required.

The van appears to be in great condition. Consistent with a van of this age, there are minor rock chips and blemishes throughout the paint. The rear mirror, shown rusty in the pic, will be treated and repainted black. There are some non-original screw holes in the headliner just behind the drivers seat, see pics.

Consistent with all the vans we sell, it will receive a full timing belt job and maintenance update: new timing belt, new idler and tensioner pulleys, new camshaft and crankshaft seal, new water pump, new thermostat, new radiator cap, coolant flush, all new coolant hoses, transmission fluid, fresh motor oil and filter, all new drive belts, new fuel filter, new air filter, fresh front and rear differential oil, fresh transfer case oil. On top of all that, she'll get brand new all-terrain tires, and a modest suspension lift. The van will also receive a full inspection, and any other incidental repairs will be made prior to the final sale release. Just before the final transfer, it will receive a full detail, inside and out.

A large part of what you gain when purchasing your vehicle from Vanlife Northwest is our knowledge base and experience throughout the life of your adventure mobile. I can confidently say no one in the US has more experience with these vans, and solutions for problems gleaned only from that first hand experience.

Pricing - (see photos for cosmetic damage) Option 1- We complete all of our full mechanical overhaul work cited above, detail the van inside and out, but sell the van cosmetically as-is for $20,000. Option 2- We repair the minor damage to the rear bumper, likely repainting the front and rear bumpers black, fix the minor dent in front of the rear left wheel, fix the minor rust patch on the lower section of the tailgate, and fix the small dent under the right rear tail light, selling the van for $22,500. We are open to discussing pricing options that only include some of the listed cosmetic repair.

Let me know if you are interested, and please feel free to call me with any questions, and to secure the van.
