1995 TOYOTA Hiace Super GL 4wd Diesel Van
Here is a set of preliminary photos of the 1995 Toyota HiAce Super GL 4wd van I have in the works. Keep in mind these are preliminary photos, so please reference the sold section of my website for images of what the final product will look like. Here are a couple Hiace Super GL models I recently customized and sold:

This HiAce has a diesel engine, with automatic transmission, and high/low range 4wd. It clocks a low 12,000 original miles, which is really only getting started for Toyota's 3L model 2.8 liter diesel engine, known to exceed 500,000 miles before a rebuild is required.
This Super GL looks to have been very well kept, and used as some kind of light cargo transporter. Though it’s difficult to see in the photos, the pinch weld seam along the bottom of the body has a fair amount of rust. You will have a few options here, see the last paragraph for details and pricing.
Consistent with all the vans we sell, it will receive a full timing belt job and maintenance update: new timing belt, new idler and tensioner pulleys, new camshaft and crankshaft seal, new water pump, new thermostat, new radiator cap, coolant flush, transmission fluid, fresh motor oil and filter, all new drive belts, new fuel filter, new air filter, fresh front and rear differential oil, fresh transfer case oil, and all new coolant carrying hoses. On top of all that, she'll get brand new all-terrain tires and a modest suspension lift. The van will also receive a full inspection, and any other incidental repairs will be made prior to the final sale release. Just before the final transfer, it will receive a full detail, inside and out.
A large part of what you gain when purchasing your vehicle from Vanlife Northwest is our knowledge base and experience throughout the life of your adventure mobile. I can confidently say no one in the US has more experience with these vans, and solutions for problems gleaned only from that first hand experience.
You have several options regarding the vans cosmetic repair, each of which correlates to a different price, and each of which would include all of the above full mechanical overhaul: Option 1- we sell the van fully gone through and detailed, but cosmetically as-is, for $26,000. Option 2- we sell the van fully gone through and detailed, and address the rust along the lower pinch weld seams, selling the van for $29,000. Additional Options- A) Add fixing the assorted minor dents on the rear hatch for $800. B) Add fixing the small, but sharp dent on the middle right side of the van (difficult to see in the pics) for $800. We can try to massage the dent out from the inside of the van, but it won’t be perfect. We would do this for no additional cost. Note- The minor dent above the windshield appears to be hardly noticeable, so I would suggest leaving it alone as it would likely necessitate repainting the whole roof.
Let me know if you are interested, and please feel free to call me with any questions, and to secure the van.
